Rugby game days.

Full Rugby games, these prices are for when you book for me to come to your game for the whole game. These prices are ONLY for Rugby league or union games as they are longer games than touch and oztag games.

WARM UP INDIVISUAL PHOTOS:

In the gold and platinum packages you also get warm up photos for your team, meaning I also take photos of your training + the full game. Warm up photos are typically individual photos of the players while they are warming up, as you can see in the example photos.

Carnivals & Tournaments

these prices are for carnivals and tournaments only. carnival & tournament games are typically SHORTer games with multiple games. you can choose how many games you would like me to take photos of or you can choose the whole day. these prices are for rugby, touch and oztag carnivals or tournaments.

PHOTOS THROUGHOUT THE WHOLE DAY:

when you book for me to take photos for your team for the whole day it means I will be there to take photos for all your games and a whole team photo and an individual photo of each player and any other photo ideas you have for your team.

when booking for group team and individual player photos you will get group photos and a individual photo of each player. you can book this separately or you can add it on to another booking package.

Touch and OzTag games

when booking for your touch or oztag game this is only for a single full length game, not carnivals. if you are wanting to book for your touch or oztag carnival go to the carnival & tournament price list. touch and oztag games are shorter games than rugby which means i cant get as many photos as i do for rugby games.

If you want me to come take photos for your team please message me on Instagram. Please make sure you choose what package you want.  I am only one person, so there may be times when I won't be able to make it to all booking requests.

the Game day gallerY, this is for when you don't book a package. You can message me on instagram and let me know you would like some photos and i will let you know if i can be at your game. This depends on my bookings but i will do my best to make it. Please let me know what time your game is, fiEld numBer, your jersEy number and your team NAME.

Example Message: Hi Mia, could you please take some photos I'm playing at Helensvale. U15's Div 3 at 1:00pm on field 2 and my jersey number is 7.

I post where I'll be on social media every week, so please have a look there to see if I'm heading to your fields then send me a message

Remember, I am only one person and I do this all by myself so I can't always make it to everyones games but I alway try my best to!

If you ever see me around and want a photo with your friends always feel free to ask and I will always say yes if i'm not busy or have to be at a booked game. Same goes for videos, like interviews or others, please just ask. I love filming fun videos with everyone so alway ask me.


REMINDER: DO NOT ask to be in content if you're not allowed to be on social media or if you don't want to be posted online! If you ever get asked to be interviewed for fun and you don't want to you can always say NO!

can i book photos of my childs game but only for my kid?

NO, when it comes to game day, especially rugby games, you never know what can happen they could be benched, get injured, bad weather ect. so I would not be able to guarantee photos of a single child. This is why I have the Game Day Gallery.

can you please take down this photo of me from your instagram? kids at school are making fun of me.

Yes of course! I will always take down any photo of you if things like this happens. I do NOT condone bullying of any sort. I will alway make sure i'm only posting reasonable photos from games to avoid things like this happening. Kids will be kids and will always try to find something to make fun of people and I don't want my customers to feel unsafe. After you see the photos I get from your game if there are photos you don't want me to post always feel free to message me straight away on instagram showing me the photo/s you don't want me to post.

can you just send me the photos instead?

No, you have to remember this is a small business and for me to get the best photos I need to be making money to be upgrading my equipment so I can get the best of the best for my customers. If you have already paid for your photos and they come through blurry always send me proof and I can send them to you.
